As someone who juggles multiple roles, I often found myself overwhelmed with tasks that seemed endless. That is, until I discovered how to leverage AI to reclaim my time—and my peace of mind.
Here’s how I used AI to save 10 hours a week, and how you can too.
1. Streamlining Daily Tasks
Managing repetitive tasks was eating away at my schedule. From responding to emails to scheduling meetings, these small but frequent activities consumed hours each week. I started using AI tools like Grammarly and ChatGPT to draft, edit, and respond to emails efficiently. Tools like Calendly automated my scheduling process, eliminating the back-and-forth of finding a mutually available time.
Result: I saved at least 2 hours a week simply by automating these daily activities.
2. Creating Content in Minutes
As a mumpreneur, creating engaging content is essential for my business. Writing blogs, social media posts, and newsletters used to take up a significant portion of my week. AI tools such as Canva’s Magic Write and Copy.ai became my creative assistants, helping me draft ideas, captions, and visuals in record time.
I could focus on refining my message and adding my personal touch instead of starting from scratch, saving another 3 hours weekly.

5. Delegating and Simplifying Decisions
Decision fatigue is real. Tools like Notion AI and Trello helped me delegate tasks to my team and stay on top of my projects without constant oversight. Meanwhile, AI tools like Mealime took the stress out of planning healthy meals, offering tailored suggestions for my family’s preferences.
These tools saved me 3 more hours weekly, giving me the mental clarity I needed to focus on bigger goals.
