Systemic Fiduciary Architecture™ (SFA™)

As artificial intelligence becomes more deeply integrated into organisations, family offices and critical infrastructure, an executive governance gap may emerge. A human being may formally remain accountable while AI recommendations, automated workflows and accumulated system momentum increasingly shape the decision.

When machine-supported outputs are accepted without meaningful review, Human Authority can become passive. The engine continues running, but no one is actively holding the wheel.

A shared principle alone may not be sufficient to prevent this drift in consequential environments. The principle needs an operational architecture.

Developed through decades of enterprise founder experience and sustained Conversational Forging™ with AI since mid-2023, Systemic Fiduciary Architecture™ places consequential AI adoption within executive governance rather than treating it solely as an information-technology initiative.

For decades, one common response to operational friction was to implement new software. Traditional software generally automated defined tasks and processes. It helped people perform the work more consistently or efficiently.

Artificial intelligence introduces a different governance challenge. It can participate in cognitive workflows by analysing information, recognising patterns, generating options, preparing recommendations and supporting execution. It does not possess human meaning, judgement or consequence ownership.

When leadership teams treat AI only as a standard IT tool, AI-supported work can add another layer of review, interpretation and mental management. In some environments, this may consume the judgement capacity that leaders need for consequential decisions.

Technology has often been assessed by the amount of work it can automate or remove. As machine capability accelerates, leaders should also examine whether the operating model preserves the human capacity required for meaningful review, refusal and decision-making.

Systemic Fiduciary Architecture™ (SFA™) is Vicki Wu’s distinct, human-first executive governance architecture for operationalising judgement, responsibility, decision authority and consequence ownership in AI-supported environments.

Question 1: What is the difference between AI software and executive AI governance?

Answer: Traditional software generally automates defined tasks and processes. AI can contribute to cognitive workflows through analysis, pattern recognition, option generation, recommendation and execution support.
Executive AI governance addresses the authority structure surrounding those capabilities. It helps preserve clearly assigned human decision rights, meaningful review, refusal and override capacity, and consequence ownership within the applicable governance structure.

Question 2: What is the 70/30 DNA™ boundary?

Answer: 70/30 DNA™ is Vicki Wu’s named and documented human-AI operating boundary for retaining Human Authority as machine capability accelerates.
70% Human Wisdom represents lived experience, values, meaning, context, judgement, discernment, responsibility and consequence ownership.
30% AI Support represents research, analysis, pattern recognition, organisation, processing and execution support.
100% Human Authority means the human remains responsible for purpose, judgement, approval and consequence.
The percentages do not prescribe a mathematical allocation of work for every task. They establish a permanent hierarchy: Human Wisdom governs, AI supports and Human Authority remains complete.

Question 3: How does SFA™ strengthen executive governance?

Answer: SFA™ provides an authored operational structure for consequential AI-supported environments. It is designed to make information access, reasoning records, review points, decision rights, refusal and override authority, and consequence ownership more visible.
Protected SFA™ components may include documented control points, information boundaries and authorised human-review requirements. These are designed to reduce passive authority and Responsibility Drift™.
Within SFA™, compliance airlocks are documented human-review control points at which an AI-supported process must pause for authorised human review before consequential action continues. They are designed to make meaningful review, decision authority and permission to proceed more explicit.
Compliance airlocks support governance discipline. They do not independently establish legal or regulatory compliance, certify that an organisation is compliant, or replace advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Protected components such as Neural Shield™ may support information boundaries and authorised control points. Detailed architecture, data-partitioning methods and implementation mechanics are not disclosed publicly.
SFA™ does not provide legal certification, establish regulatory compliance or guarantee protection from liability.

Question 4: Can I implement SFA™ in my organisation?

Answer: Formal SFA™ application is available only through authorised SFA™ Advisory Briefings and approved executive delivery.

The underlying Human Authority principle is open for public discussion, and Algorithmic Stewardship is an open field of shared human responsibility. However, the SFA™ structural mechanics, diagnostics, controls, component methodologies and implementation materials remain protected.

Any formal claim of SFA™ alignment, verification, implementation or authorised delivery requires express approval and adherence to the documented methodology.

Question 5: What does 30% AI Support mean?

Answer: 30% AI Support does not prescribe a fixed allocation of work, processing or execution. AI may contribute substantial research, analysis, pattern recognition, organisation, processing and execution support.
The formulation establishes a permanent hierarchy: Human Wisdom governs, AI supports and the human retains 100% authority, responsibility and consequence ownership, regardless of how much activity the machine performs.

SFA™ provides the deeper architecture for operationalising the 70/30 DNA™ boundary where decisions carry organisational, financial, personal or intergenerational consequences.

SFA™ is designed to make five critical elements visible:

  • where Human judgment must remain active;
  • what AI may access, analyse, recommend, or execute;
  • who holds authority to approve, refuse,interrupt or override;
  • how reasoning, review and decision are recorded;
  • who owns the consequence.

The architecture does not replace judgement. It is designed to make human judgment harder to lose.

Many corporate AI programmes focus primarily on increasing capability. SFA™ focuses on preserving clearly assigned human decision authority within consequential AI-supported systems.

An intelligent system can process data, recognise patterns, generate options and prepare complex strategies. However, machine capability does not create legitimate decision authority, moral responsibility, legal accountability or relational consequence ownership.

Systemic Fiduciary Architecture™ is designed to help keep the humans responsible for an outcome structurally capable of reviewing, refusing, interrupting, overriding and governing the decision.

Systemic Fiduciary Architecture™ operates through distinct authored diagnostic and control components designed to examine, make visible and strengthen the conditions under which Human Authority remains active.

These distinct authored components include:

  • IRD™
  • O-Axis™
  • Conscious Radar™
  • Neural Shield™
  • Fiduciary Receipt™

Because the architecture addresses sensitive governance, information boundaries and human operating conditions, its detailed methodologies, control structures, airlocks and data-partitioning mechanisms are not published publicly.

Detailed methodologies and component architectures are disclosed only through formal SFA™ Advisory Briefings and authorised executive delivery.

To understand how SFA™ operates, it is necessary to recognise the hierarchy of the work:

The Principle Is Open

The underlying Human Authority principle is open for public discussion and responsible reflection.

The Category Is Open

Algorithmic Stewardship is an open field of shared human responsibility.

The Formulation Is Attributed

70/30 DNA™ is Vicki Wu’s named and documented formulation of the human-AI operating boundary.

The Architecture Is Distinct

Systemic Fiduciary Architecture™ is the proprietary, authorised architecture for operationalising that boundary in consequential environments.

The Methodology Is Protected

Detailed diagnostics, controls, component methodologies, records, airlocks, information-partitioning structures and implementation materials are disclosed only through authorised SFA™ delivery.

Any formal claim of SFA™ alignment, verification, implementation or authorised delivery requires express written approval and adherence to the documented methodology.

The human foundations of this work predate artificial intelligence. They emerged through family principles, enterprise responsibility, lived pressure and repeated reflection on what must remain human when capability expands.

Beginning in mid-2023, Vicki Wu developed the wider system through sustained Conversational Forging™ with AI. Human experience, meaning and responsibility supplied the source material. AI supported questioning, comparison, pattern recognition, organisation and articulation. Vicki Wu retained judgement, correction, naming, approval and consequence ownership.

The numerical formulation of 70/30 DNA™ was articulated through that continuing process in July 2025 and formally codified on 1 August 2025.

Systemic Fiduciary Architecture™ subsequently developed as the deeper, protected architecture for operationalising the Human Authority boundary in consequential environments.
